How
do I purchase Absolute Patience ? After downloading and
installing Absolute Patience, you can purchase
your registration infos on the internet via a
secure server. Alternatively you can purchase the
full version on CD-Rom. See the Order
Page for
more info.
Why
can't I play Absolute Patience more than 21 days
?
You are free to play the game during an
evaluation period of 21 days. The evaluation
period is to help you decide if you like the game
before paying for it. At the end of the
evaluation period the game will no longer allow
you to play without registration infos. If you
decide you want to buy the game you can purchase
it.
Can
I switch off the shareware reminder dialog ? The shareware reminder
dialog only appears in the unregistered copy of
the game. Once you register your copy, the
shareware reminder dialog will disappear for
good.
Do
I need to download a new version once I buy the
game ? No. The downloaded version you
have already been playing is all you need. Simply
follow the instructions to enter your
registration infos into the game and it will
instantly become the fully functional product.
What
are the registration infos ? The registration infos
are what unlock all of the features in the game.
Without the registration infos you can only play
the game during the initial evaluation period.
Also some of the features of the game are
disabled until the registration infos are
entered.
When
will I get my own registration infos ? You must purchase
Absolute Patience in order to get your own
registration infos. When you order the game, you
will receive your registration infos in return.
What
do I do with my registration infos ? In the Shareware
Reminder dialog enter your registration infos in
the appropriate field (this is case sensitive),
and press the OK button. The game will instantly
become the fully functional product.
Tips
The
Wise Man is a really helpful feature. Use
it every time you need it. When your game seems
to bog down, ask the Wise Man if you can complete
the game or not... When you are close from
winning a game, ask the Wise Man to conclude it
for you...
Fast
Moves are fine but don't use them to
evaluate every possible move. The cost to undo
moves is too expensive (in terms of scores). Also
wrong Fast Moves are quiet expensive too.
Recording
a game's situation is really helpful when you don't
know what way to follow in order to conclude a
complex game; after having played several cards,
if you find yourself in a blocked situation
restore the previous one and try another way to
complete the game.
